Mr. Nağıyev graduated from Nakhichevan Teachers Training school in 1969 and Law Department of Azerbaijan State University in 1980. Since 1975 he has been employed in law enforcement bodies. Service record- district police officer, officer of the criminal investigation department, investigator at the local level and at the MIA Chief Investigation Office, inspector of Domestic Investigations Office, inspector for particularly important cases, division manager at the 7-th Divison of MIA, Domestic Investigations Office, drug Enforcement Administration. Police Colonel Mahir Bayram oglu Ahmədov was born in Ganja 31 March 1957. Mr. Ahmadov has a university degree. Mr. Ahmadov graduated from Moscow Peoples’Friendship University in 1983. He started his career in law enforcement bodies in 1984. He has been holding his present position since 26 June 1992. Mr. Ahmadov is Master of Law/Associate Professor.

Police Colonel Gabil Kamil oglu Zamanov was born in Nakhichevan 24 February 1962. Mr. Zamanov has a university degree. He graduated from Lvov Political-Military Academy in 1983, had a retraining course at Internal Troops Political School in Leningrad in 1989, and graduated from the Azerbaijan Republic MIA Police Academy in 1998. Since 1983, he did his active service in different cities of the Russian Federation. Service record – political instructor, deputy commander of a motorized police regiment, commander of traning regiment of the Internal Security Troops, head of 1-st and -2-nd operations division of the General Staff of Internal Security Troops, deputy head and head of the General Staff of Internal Security Troops. From 1993, he was employed as training deputy superintendent at MIA A.N. Heydarov men and sergeantry training school. From January, 2006 Mr.Zamanov is deputy superintendent of the Police Academy.
